They do business like it should be done. Puckett Electric is competent, efficient, and service oriented. I can't recommend them highly enough for commercial or residential work. I've needed both, at my home and my business and have been very pleased.
Arrived on time and was honest with me about what I did NOT need to have done. Very friendly. Price wise, I have nothing to compare him to but he did what I needed to have done and probably saved me a few bucks by not doing what was not necessary. Would definitely use again.
These guys do great work! I have had the pleasure to work with them on many projects and always do quality work. I would recommend to anyone!
When we found out our electricity wasn't working in some areas of the house, I called Puckett. Sure enough, he talked me through it and determined the issue and corrective answer over the phone! We were having a "partial power" outage; and that my power people should be contacted (I had never heard of "partial power" before). So, Oncor came by and had it fixed the same day! Thank you for letting me know what was happening to us!
Arrived timely - installed new line for hot tub - estimate was fair and work performed was well done and timely! Also used for a smaller job (GFI Switch) and price was half what Mr. Electric estimated - will use again for sure!
This family business has been our "go to" company for many years. They come when they say they are going to. And lastly, They are honest. Example: we had several plugs that stopped working after one of the storms last week. They suggested on the telephone that I look in the breaker box for a tripped breaker...no. Then told me to see if there was one of those plugs that have the little button, in the garage ...yes. I pushed it, problem solved. No charge. They have done everything from installing attic fans to complete new breaker boxes. They do it all.
